Flexible foams, viscoelastic systems and filters

Technochem can offer MDI-based flexible systems for various application sectors: automotive, furniture, motorcycle and bicycle saddles, filters and engineering parts.

Systems with self-extinguishing characteristics are available on customer request.

Our product range includes viscoelastic systems (memory foam), both in blocks and moulded for manufacturing pillows and mattresses.

Our polyurethane systems are formulated with new generation catalysts (reactive catalysts), which remain blocked inside the foam and are therefore not subject to migration.
